One of the most celebrated names in the paper industry in recent years is making a comeback - we are proud to present the new “Revive Carbon Balanced Recycled Papers” range, recently launched at the Hippodrome on the 26th April 2016. With this launch Denmaur Independent Papers brings to market a wide range of recycled papers available in 9 options, 4 finishes and a wide grammage range from 54-350gsm.

On the 26th, we were joined by Jonathon Porritt, a leading environmentalist who was previously Chair of the Sustainable Development Commission from 2000-2009 and advisor to HM Government in this area. He lead the discussion on the recent Climate Change “COP21” conference in Paris on how this new legally binding treaty will specifically impact on us all in the UK.

Together with a number of other business speakers in this sector, who included Tom Hill (PWC), Jonathan Tame (CarbonCo), Roger Wilson (The World Land Trust), Julia Young (WWF) and Danny Doogan (Denmaur Independent Papers) they examined what options and solutions there are for businesses and non-profit organisations alike for their corporate communications.

After the seminar the attention shifted to a more light-hearted early evening, when comedy legend, Jon Culshaw, put his own seal of approval on the day’s proceedings and of course raised a smile or two with commentary from the great and the good, the famous and infamous.
