Denmaur have over 15 years of experience of software supported paper management services. In 2006, we developed a new system to make this value added service as cost effective and efficient as possible with on-line access for customers.

This system is called TOPS2.

TOPS2 gives us the ability to manage the following tasks more effectively ;

  • Effective stock and costing control at printer on a first in, first out basis
  • Interpreting customers' paper demand from publisher production schedules
  • Measurement and analysis of printer's usage against agreed wastage parameters
  • Full reporting module for specific usage or summary information
  • Date files to serve up monthly accounts information without additional keying
  • On line access for up to date information for customers' convenience
